Confirmation and payment

An appointment is reserved immediately when the website displays a successful booking confirmation. Services are paid for in person at the shop. Prices shown at booking are in Kuwaiti dinars and reflect the services selected at that time.

Arrival and service time

Please arrive on time. Service durations are estimates and can vary according to the requested work. If you are substantially late, the shop may shorten, move, or cancel the appointment to avoid delaying other customers.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge until 2 hours before the appointment. A cancellation or change made with less than 2 hours’ notice is late. Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur a fee settled on a later visit.

The shop will explain any applicable fee before collecting it. Use your private booking-management link or contact the shop if you need help changing an appointment.

Recurring appointments

A recurring booking reserves only the visits listed in the confirmation. Dates that are already unavailable may be skipped. You can manage one occurrence separately or cancel the remaining upcoming visits in the series.

Changes by the shop

The shop may need to move or cancel an appointment because of barber absence, closure, safety, or another operational issue. Staff will offer a reasonable alternative where possible. The shop may correct an obvious pricing or availability error before the service begins.
