• The services, barber, date, and time you select.
• Optional notes, haircut preferences, and birthday month and day.
• Booking history, cancellation, rescheduling, waitlist, promotion, and review records.
• Basic technical and usage information used to keep the website secure and understand site performance.

How we use it

We use your information to reserve and manage appointments, prevent double-booking and abuse, remember preferences you choose to share, operate the waitlist, respond to support requests, and improve shop operations.

An optional birthday is used only for a birthday benefit from the shop. You can book without providing it.

Who can access it

Authorised shop staff and the barber serving you can access the information required for your appointment. The website is hosted by Vercel and booking data is stored with our database provider. These providers process data to operate the service for Chops Barbers.

We do not sell customer information.

Retention and security

We retain booking records for shop operations, customer service, security, and any recordkeeping obligations. Access is restricted, sensitive configuration is kept outside the public website, and encrypted HTTPS connections are used in production.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in appointment notes.

Your choices

You may ask the shop to show, correct, or delete information associated with your phone number where it is no longer required. You may also ask us to stop using an optional birthday or saved preference.

Cookies and analytics

The site stores your language choice in a cookie. Staff-only areas use a secure authentication cookie. We use privacy-conscious site analytics to understand aggregate visits and performance; we do not use advertising cookies on this website.
